If you have registered as a participant for the Netherlands Pavilion, the limited number of booths available will be divided and allocated between the registrants who have formally registered before November 1, 2024.

We will inform you in the first two weeks of November if you have a desk at our booth.

When you have a desk in our booth the corresponding invoice for 4.500 euro's excluding VAT will be send to you in the same email. These costs include the trade fair stand, local transportation and participation, matchmaking, conferences, marketing materials, lunches, and dinners mentioned in the program.

If you have registered as a visitor you will receive an invoice for your participation in the first 2 weeks in November 2024.
